Prostrating and standing before Lord at night (2)

Chapter Furqaan”- {The Criterion (of Right and Wrong)} – 25

‘A-‘uu-zu  Billaahi minash-Shay-taanir- Rajiim.

 (I seek refuge in Allaah from Satan the outcast)

(In the name of Allaah, the Beneficent, the Merciful)

67.  And those who, when they spend, are neither prodigal nor miserly and there is ever a firm station between the two;

68.  And those who do not call upon any other god along with Allah, nor take the life which Allah hath forbidden save in (course of) justice, nor commit adultery. And whoso doeth this shall pay the penalty –

67.  Wallaziina  ‘izaaa  ‘anfaquu  lam  yusrifuu  wa  lam  yaqturuu  wa  kaana  bayna  zaalika  qawaamaa.

68.  Wallaziina  laa  yad-‘uuna  ma-‘Allaahi  ‘ilaahan  ‘aakhara  wa  laa  yaqtuluunan-nafsallatii  harramAllaahu  ‘illaa  bil-Haqqi  wa  laa  yaznuun.  Wa  many-yaf-‘al  zaalika  yalqa  ‘asaamaa.

Lam  yaqturuu – (they are not misers), origin of this word is yaqturuuna, which means “misery, poverty).

In addition to previous lesson:

  • When the faithful slaves of Allaah Almighty spend, they are not prodigal but they spend suitably according to requirement and the circumstances permit only.

  • Neither they worship any other than Allaah Almighty and nor they call upon any other supposing that those are gods.

  • They do not kill unjust and violently to the creature; protected by Allaah Almighty, but by the permission of law when the Court has judged that he/she deserves death.

  • They keep themselves away from fornication/adultery and abstain from unlawful sexual relationships.

After that it is commanded: The people, who cross the line of prescribed religious law and commit those works fearlessly which are forbidden, they are sinners and lawful punishment will certainly be given to them. Moreover, on the Day of Resurrection too, they will be suffering from the great doom due to their evil deeds.
