Manifestation of the Way of Practice

Surah Baniii ‘Israaa-‘iil (The Children of Israel) – 17

‘A-‘uu-zu  Billaahi minash-Shay-taanir- Rajiim.
(I seek refuge in God from Satan the outcast)

Bis-Millaahir-Rah-maanir-Rahiim.
(In the name of God, the Beneficent, the Merciful)

88.  Say: Verily, though mankind and the jinn should assemble to produce the like of this Qur’an, they could not produce the like thereof though they were helpers one of another.

89.  And verily We have expounded for mankind in this Qur’an all kind of similitudes, but most of mankind refuse aught save disbelief.

88.  Qul-la-‘inijtama-atil-‘Insu  wal-Jinnu  ‘alaaa  ‘any-ya’-tuu  bi-misli  haazal-Qur-‘aani  laa  ya’-tuuna  bimislihii  wa  law  kaana  ba’-zuhum  li-ba’-zin-  zahiiraa.

89.  Wa  laqad  sarrafNaa  linnaasi  fii  haazal-Qur-‘aani  min-  kulli  masal.  Fa-‘abaaa  ‘aksarunnaasi  ‘illaa  kufuuraa.

Commentary

The greatest grace of Allah Almighty is that He collected Summary of the entire teachings of the entire Prophets (peace be upon them) in Holy Qur’an, and then after sending His Chosen Messenger Muhammad (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him), He manifested the Way of Practice wholly upon it for mankind. It will be utmost carelessness of the mankind if he does not value this graciousness perfectly.

Remember it that if the Holy Qur’an is taken away from the world, then making any collective law, as it has been mentioned in Holy Qur’an, will not be in the control of any mankind. Not only one person, but if the entire human beings of the entire world assemble at any place and along with them, if the entire jinn also come to help them and they all help one of another collectively and try their best to make any law like this, even then it is impossible to prepare Qur’an as It is.

After that, it is commanded: We have collected all useful matters in this Qur’an and expounded all kinds of similitudes repeatedly and clearly, so that there should remain no doubt in any matter. But most of the people have armed to reject the Holy Qur’an with their power, and they have determined to remain entangled in their confusions.

Commentary

‘Allaziii  ‘aw-hay-Naaa  ‘ilayka (that which We have revealed unto thee), the aim from it is Holy Qur’an and the Commandments mentioned in it.

It was described in the previous verse that the Spirit is an Exhibition of Intention and Power of Allah Almighty. In this verse it has been narrated that the Power of Allah Almighty is endless and boundless. Every thing comes into existence by His Command and nothing can stop this process.

It is being commanded to the Messenger (grace, glory, blessing and peace be upon him) that if Allah Almighty willed He could withdraw within a moment that which He taught to His Messenger by means of Divine Revelation. Then the Messenger (grace, glory, blessing and peace be upon him) would not find any such person who might take responsibility of bringing this all back again.

Allah Almighty says: This entire is in Our Power but We shall not do so, because certainly many people will get guidance from the Holy Qur’an and they will succeed in the Religion and in the world by obeying its commandments, and you will be rewarded with good retribution of conveying it. And Allah Almighty will bestow you great and higher ranks. And it is great kindness of Allah Almighty upon you that He appointed you for the guidance of the entire human beings. And He did not disappoint you from the grade of “A Guide” due to outcries of some refractory people. And He did not deprive you of causing to know the Straight Path to the wise people.

Found from this verse is that as the Spirit is by the Command of Allah Almighty, like the same; its excellences are also by His Command and bestowed by Him. Nothing is own of anybody.
