Quran Chapter 16 – 87 & 88 (Pt-14, Stg-3) (L-1751) درس قرآن

Suratun-Nahl – (The Bee) – 16

‘A-‘uu-zu  Billaahi minash-Shay-taanir- Rajiim.
(I seek refuge in God from Satan the outcast)

Bis-Millaahir-Rah-maanir-Rahiim.
(In the name of God, the Beneficent, the Merciful)

وَأَلْقَوْا۟ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ يَوْمَئِذٍ ٱلسَّلَمَ وَضَلَّ عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُوا۟ يَفْتَرُونَ 87

 ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ وَصَدُّوا۟ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ زِدْنَٰهُمْ عَذَابًا فَوْقَ ٱلْعَذَابِ بِمَاكَانُوا۟ يُفْسِدُونَ 88

 

87.  And they proffer unto Allah submission on that Day, and all that they used to fabricate will fail them.   88.  For those who disbelieve and debar (men) from the Way of Allah, We shall add doom to their doom because they wrought corruption.

87.  Wa  ‘alqaw  ‘ilAllaahi  yawma-‘izinis-salama  wa  zalla  ‘anhum-maa  kaanuu  yaftaruun.   88.  ‘Allaziina  kafaruu  wa  sadduu  ‘an  SabiLillaahi  zidnaa-hum  ‘Azaaban  fawqal-‘azaabi  bimaa  kaanuu  yufsiduun.

 

Commentary

 

It seems apparently to the human being: I earn money by my hard working and prudence. If I am sick, I take advice from the Doctor for medicine; and then I am cured.

 

But such situations come also often before the people that they work hard, even then they are not paid sufficient money. Sometimes, medicine and Doctor are proved useless. This result comes out from above discussion that there is Someone else Who makes the work good. As soon as one thinks so, Holy Qur’an reaches for his help and says: There is only Allah Almighty Who makes the work good. What happened if you have been drowned in ignorance? All covers will be uncovered on the Day of Resurrection. And every individual will acknowledge the Power of Allah Almighty and will be ready to obey Him.

 

Then it is commanded: Belief in the Last Day after looking it practically; will not be useful. Sinners and evildoers will be punished properly due to their wrong deeds; committed in this worldly life. They used to turn away from Allah Almighty and mislead other people that (God forbid) Allah does not exist, so Gratify your ambitions with open heart and do not slaughter your desires.

 

However being followers of own desires is root of corruption. The mischief, which was spread in the world due to their misleading, in order that Allah Almighty will add Doom to their doom.
